Studio iU, operated by i-Pairs Inc., a “Digital Content Specialized Creative Company,” is a video recording and recording studio.
Our experienced creators and engineers conduct various recordings for audio, music, and video productions daily, with a track record of videos achieving millions of views.
Conveniently located just a 1-minute walk from Takadanobaba Station (JR / Tokyo Metro Tozai Line) Waseda Exit, Studio iU minimizes travel time loss and is ideal for small to mid-sized projects requiring the latest professional equipment and flexible workflows.
What You Can Do at Studio iU
Studio iU features a control room and a spacious (approx. 8 tatami mats) recording booth with lighting equipment, allowing for simultaneous audio recording and video shooting. The control room can accommodate up to 3-4 people.
The studio can be used for various purposes such as recording “Singing” videos against a white background, motion capture for VTubers, talk show recordings, and live streaming on YouTube and other platforms. A green screen is also available for chroma key shooting (approx. 3m x 4m, height just under 2.5m).

Studio rental, post-production work, such as audio mixing, is also available (availability may vary).

Cancellation Fees
If you wish to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply depending on how close it is to the reserved date.

Payment Methods
For Corporations
If corporate clients request accounts receivable billing for their first use, an invoice will be issued at the end of the month for payment by the end of the following month. If there is no request for end-of-month billing, an invoice will be issued after each use, and the amount must be paid within one week.
For Individuals
For individual use, we kindly ask for cash payment on the day of use.
We can also issue a receipt upon request, so please ask the studio staff.

- Additional rental fees will apply for using equipment not listed above.
- You may bring your own equipment, including PCs, audio interfaces, microphones, and mic preamps.
- Recordings involving high volumes are not permitted.
- Recording of instruments with significant vibrations, such as drum sets, is not allowed.
- Studio use during late night hours is generally not accepted.
- To prevent the spread of COVID-19, please limit the number of people using the studio as much as possible.
- There is no dedicated parking. Please use the large paid parking lot in front of the building.
