The fee structure is based on a basic fee and a usage-based rate according to the length of the audio file.

If you need to make regular requests or handle a large number of files, cost reductions through monthly maintenance contracts are possible (estimate required).

- The final cost may vary depending on the content. Please confirm the quoted amount, and if there are no issues, apply using the application form sent with the quotation.
- Please send work data to us using a storage service like GigaFile.
- Once you apply, cancellations after work has started will incur the full cost.
- Delivery time is usually 5 business days (varies depending on workload). For urgent requests, we offer expedited delivery at 1.5 times the price.
- For corporate clients, an invoice will be issued upon delivery. Please make payment by the due date.
- For individual clients, prepayment is required (bank transfer or credit card).
- We will accept retakes for noise processing omissions due to our mistakes, but post-inspection rework will generally incur a fee.
