Narration/Announcement Production provided by i-Pairs is a studio recording service collaborated by experienced voice actors/narrators and specialized directors.
Our narration recordings are not home recordings by narrators themselves; rather are handled by a professional team, including directors and engineers, from pre-checks, intonation confirmation of the script to recordings at studio. Additionally, after recording, we deliver the final product in the desired format using our proprietary noise reduction technology via in-house AI.

※If you need delivery within 3 business days from the order date, an express handling fee will apply, and the rates will be 1.5 times the standard rates.
[Important Notes]
- Approximately 800-1000 characters can be recorded in 0.5 hours (depending on the content and reading speed)
- File splitting fee is free for up to 50 files per project. From the 51st file onward, an additional 165 yen (incl. tax) per file will apply
- Usual delivery time is about 5 business days from the application acceptance without an attended recording. In urgent cases, we can deliver within 3 business days for 1.5 times the standard rate. Please note that availability may vary based on the narrator’s schedule
- For video sync recording, the amount of video that can be recorded in 1 hour will vary based on the difficulty level and whether the client attends the recording
- Attended recording is available for corporations only, starting from a minimum of 1 hour
- If you arrange your own narrator, we can accommodate you with just the basic production fee (minimum of 1 hour)
- Basic fees are charged in 0.5-hour increments, but narrator fees are charged in 1-hour increments due to minimum commitment times
- For individual applicants, prepayment is required. (Production will begin after payment confirmation)
